Mother nature has a way of reminding us when things are going right and when she is upset. With 2016 and 2017 on record as being the hottest years, and bush fires in the Arctic circle, she is start to tell us something.
Through small changes in our lifestyle we can make a difference, we have already seen the impact War on Waste has had in Australia; on mass people are refusing the plastic bottle, straw and shopping bags, recycling e waste not hoarding it and letting our supermarkets we are ok with bent banana’s but not ok with excess packaging.
I would like to throw one more into the mix.

Did you know each person sheds enough skin cells to feed 1 000 000 dust mites per day!! Not the nicest way to start a blog, but it got your attention. Rather than spend hard earned cash on chemicals to debug, kill, blast bugs out of your home, and fill your home with toxic chemicals, why not use what Mother Nature has to offer which is free and won’t pollute our planet or our homes.

After a busy day our beds should be a haven to retreat to unwind and disconnect from the busy lives we lead. Having a bed that is welcoming instead of covered with clothes, bedside table covered in stuff, does not say “haven” more likely it says ” oh more clutter” “more unfinished projects”
A gorgeous bed in not difficult to organise and it does not require buying anything, it’s a matter of removing clutter, rethinking your space and working with mother nature and soothe our worries and help us drift off for a restful night sleep.
